A TEMSCO helicopter sets a power pole in place for Southeastern Electric's line crew, working on Ketchikan Public Utilities new power line along South Tongass Highway. Helicopters can string line from pole to pole in areas inaccessible to trucks and almost inaccessible to foot traffic.
