This dance apron was created during the Painted Leather Dance Aprons class taught by Mike Dangeli in 2021.
"This apron represents my family name 'Ketah.' It is derived from the Tlingit 'Kéetáxch,' which refers to the orca's hunting behavior of slapping its tail on the surface of the water. The Raven figure refers to my moiety."- Eechdaa, Dave Ketah
