"Last Slab Poured for Wingren Apartments
The last slab, which is the roof, was poured on the Wingren apartment (left), July 16, completing the major outside construction. Windows are now being set. The 11-story building is tentatively scheduled for occupancy December 12. On the Austin Towers the 9th floor will be poured Friday."
