This popular downtown lounge was on Dock Street, in the Stedman Hotel. A March 18, 1955 ad in the Ketchikan Daily News read, "The completely new and redecorated Stedman Totem Room - Your cocktails mixed by Walt and Matt - To celebrate our opening your first drink tonight is on the house-even if it's a champagne cocktail!"
