"Arthiel Spaulding, home demonstration agent with the extension service of the University of Alaska, met last night with the homemakers council following her arrival yesterday from Juneau. Miss Spaulding planned to leave today for the west coast where she will conduct clothing re-modeling classes. She will return to Ketchikan March 8 to open a re-upholstery class.

Re-Upholstery Classes Slated Here March 8th
March 8 marks the beginning of re-upholstery classes to be conducted in Teen-Town club from March 8 to March 19.
Arthiel Spaulding, home demonstration agent with the extension service of the University of Alaska, will conduct the classes which will be held from 1 to 4:30 each afternoon, to be repeated each evening from 7:30 to 10:30.
Those planning to attend the class are asked to call Mrs. Arthur Anderson, phone 2657, between 8 and 12 am., to make reservations. Space is limited and the first 20 to call will be accepted."
