Ketchikan is...
Capturing Time Through the Lens
Ketchikan has a long history of talented photographers who have created a photographic record of our city. These images tell a story across time of our enduring lifestyle and community pride, and contribute further layers of meaning to our collective history.
This exhibition contains a curated series of snapshots that offer a glimpse into moments of Ketchikan's history. These memories pulled from personal scrapbooks and photo albums create a window to life during Ketchikan's early years up until today. Through the lens of these photographers we see how they remembered and preserved this place, our home.
