"Ketchikan's Finest" pose in their recently updated uniforms. Based on those worn by police in Seattle and Los Angeles, the new, navy blue outfits replaced the steel gray uniforms formerly worn by Ketchikan policemen. Left to right: Raymond Hackstock, Ronald Sowers, Richard Contreras, George Inman, Chief Glenn Byington, Eugene Topping, Lloyd Howard, Perry Childers and Walter Bolling.
