Then & Now : A community photography exhibit connecting Ketchikan's past to the present through the recreation of historic photos
Title:
Carlin Air
Description:
Floatplanes have provided a critical service in all of Southeast Alaska for decades. Central to that service has been pilot Jeff Carlin of Carlin Air, with over 30 years of flying experience. While many visitors get to enjoy a floatplane ride to Misty Fjords National Monument as a luxury, many Southeast residents depend on floatplanes for basic access to groceries, health care and other necessities of daily life.
