Join us at the Tongass Historical Museum for a special Museum Midday. Featuring the work of local photographer Brooke Ratzat, this event offers a unique listening session with recorded interviews that reveal insights into our region’s maritime heritage.

Join us at the Tongass Historical Museum for the opening of our new exhibit!
“Capturing today, because it’s tomorrow’s history.” – Brooke Ratzat Ketchikan Museums partnered with local photographer Brooke Ratzat to document the maritime history of Ketchikan and Southern Southeast Alaska. Explore Ketchikan’s historic wooden boats and meet the people of the working waterfront through a selection of photographs and interviews.
